will be held from Friday 5th to Monday the 8th June 2009
Will be at the Norbreck Castle Hotel, Blackpool

I am pleased to inform you that in June 2003, the Norbreck Castle was purchased by Britannia Hotels, which as you may be aware, is one of the most successful privately owned hotel groups in the UK .

Britannia Hotels are committed to a £7 million refurbishment programme to include the renovation of all bedrooms, public areas, conference and exhibition facilities and the exterior of the building

The Norbreck Castle is Blackpool 's biggest and friendliest hotel, situated on the North Shore , just a short tram ride from the town centre.

Over 400 bedrooms, including 20 adapted for disabled guests, and many with spectacular sea views are furnished to a comfortable standard with private bathroom, TV/radio, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and direct dial telephone.

Leisure facilities are second to none with indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, solarium, steam room, whirlpool spa, gymnasium, beauty treatment rooms, snooker/games rooms and cinema.

The hotel has Conference & Banqueting facilities for 20 to 3500 people, so whether your event is large or small, the Norbreck Castle has got it all.

DAY 1

•  AGM - room set to your own specification, with a top table and PA/microphone

•  3 Course Gala Dinner in the Norcalympia

•  Programme of dancing and entertainment

  DAY 3

•  Full English breakfast served in Castles Restaurant

•  Themed buffet

•  Programme of dancing and entertainment

  DAY 4

£139.00 per person 3 night package + £6.00 (as below) = £145.00

£114.00 per person 2 night package + £6.00 (as Below) = £120.00

(A small charge of £6.00 is added to the price for 24, 39 or 50 Missile Club Administration Cost's Etc )

Welcome/Registration Desk

A welcome/registration desk will be set in the hotel reception area for your use.

Food

A selection of menus is available and should any of your members have special dietary requests, our chef will be only too happy to cater for such needs.

Menu Cards and Table Plans

The hotel will provide menu cards for your gala dinner with the reunion logo and order of speeches, if applicable. Table plans will be drawn up and displayed outside the function room, if required.

This can be applied for by your organisation by writing to Margaret Roffey, Conference Officer, Blackpool Tourism, 1 Clifton Street , Blackpool , FY1 1LY

Entertainment

A suitable programme of dancing and entertainment will be staged as detailed in this proposal.

Meeting Room

An appropriate sized function room will be reserved for your AGM/Church Service, if applicable. This will be set to your specification with a top table and PA/microphone.

Extended Stay

Should your guests wish to extend their stay before or after the reunion, this is available at competitive rates and can be booked directly with the hotel by calling FREEPHONE 0800 220169

Non-Residents

If any of your Reunion live in the local area and wish to attend the Gala Dinner only, the cost will be £19.50 per person.

How To Make The Booking

Upon your instruction, we will issue a Conference and Banqueting Agreement. Please check all details, sign and return all copies of the contract at your earliest convenience. A copy of the agreement, duly signed on behalf of the hotel will be forwarded to you in due course for your files. A non-refundable deposit, equivalent to the first nights stay will be required.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms will be held on allocation. The organiser will be updated on numbers on a monthly basis. Twelve weeks prior to the event, the hotel will release any rooms that have not been sold.
